Yacov Wrocherinsky

Founder & CEO

Yacov Wrocherinsky is founder and CEO of Orion Global Solutions. An experienced and knowledgeable entrepreneur, Yacov is passionate about people, culture, and helping companies grow. He founded Infinity Info Systems in 1987. Under Yacov’s leadership, Infinity grew into a leader in ACT!, Sage Saleslogix CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and business intelligence software with 90+ employees, $18.5mm in revenue, 3,500 successful CRM implementations, over 30 global projects, and 130,000 people trained before being sold in 2014.  Yacov has guided over a hundred customers to successfully transition to Salesforce. He has received numerous industry awards, including U.S. Small Business Administration Person of the Year for New York City and New York State. Yacov is an active member of YPO/WPO and Vistage, and has served on the Sage, Saleslogix, eXtremeCRM, and Microsoft Partner advisory boards. For many years, he served as the chair of the YPO/WPO Navy SEAL Leadership Under Fire program. He has been featured in numerous publications, including the Wall Street Journal, Inc., Fortune, and CRM Magazine.

James King is a Supply Chain, Operations, and Financial Management executive who drives and delivers transformational business results through value creation and cost effective business operations. An extremely motivated, dedicated, and detailed executive with exceptional leadership skills, James brings over 25 years of experience to the Orion Global Advisory Board. James is currently an Instructor at Rutgers Business School.

Dan Farrugia

Dan Farrugia

Vice President of Professional Services

With extensive experience managing professional services teams in CRM and High Tech Technology environments, Dan has a proven track record of maximizing customer’s investment in technology. Prior to Orion, Dan was the Managing Director of Professional Services at Infinity Info Systems where he managed a portfolio of over 50 CRM Business Intelligence and Business Process Management projects in industries such as life sciences, financial services, CPG/Retail and manufacturing. Dan has held a variety of senior positions including at Verisk Health and Verisk Analytics, managing many multinational projects involving dozens of technology professionals. While Dan was with Verisk, he worked in multiple business lines such as Property Casualty Insurance, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Throughout the hundreds of projects Dan has delivered for midsize and global enterprise clients, he has worked with a range of products including Salesforce. Dan has been managing Salesforce implementations on a global level for seven years.  Dan brings considerable experience in mergers and acquisitions to our advisory services and strategic leadership team. Clients most value Dan’s unique ability to understand their business and passion to help them grow.

Diane Belforti brings over 25 years of B2B and B2C marketing expertise to our Salesforce marketing practice. Diane is a Salesforce Certified Pardot Consultant and an astute marketing strategist who works with clients to ensure that the Pardot marketing automation platform is implemented and optimized to align with their marketing and sales objectives. Prior to Orion, Diane worked for several years with Salesforce Gold Partner CoreMatrix Systems as well as Bellcore, Telcordia Technologies among others. Diane brings a unique combination of technical, analytical, and creative abilities to each Orion Global Solutions client engagement.

Jen DeLalio

Jen DeLalio

Solution Architect & Engagement Manager

Jen DeLalio is a veteran Cloud & CRM software implementation professional with over 18 years of project experience implementing complex solutions for dozens of enterprise clients. She began her career as a Siebel Software business analyst, configuration specialist and project manager working at Extraprise, Inc. and The New York Times. In 2006, Jen made the leap from Siebel to Salesforce and joined CoreMatrix Systems as a Salesforce Project Manager and Solution Architect. Working with enterprise clients such as American Express, Blue Cross Blue Shield and Citrix Online, she has a proven track record of successful projects with high adoption. She holds multiple certifications in Salesforce (Admin, Sales Consultant and Service Consultant) and is also a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM.) Jen is regarded in the Salesforce echo-system as an experienced Cloud and CRM strategist, a highly skilled solution architect, and a top notch project manager.

Henry has also served as the CEO of GreenFields Coal Company and TonerNow Imaging Solutions, which he founded in May 1994.
