Account Executive
We are looking for a competent Account Executive to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for preserving and expanding our customer base.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in sales and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.
Your overarching goal is to identify opportunities with prospects and new clients and build them into profitable long-term relationships.
Position Overview (What you will be doing):
Formulating, nurturing, and driving relationships with Salesforce Account Executives and other key partners to build pipelines, collaboratively run deal cycles, and close business with new clients
Identifying and developing key client acquisition strategies for specific prospects and market segments while working closely with our industry practice leaders
Developing, strategizing, and executing pursuit and account plans in collaboration with the Orion industry and services teams
Creating a compelling vision and communicating to and educating prospects and clients on the value of the Salesforce platform and our point of view on how it applies to their business needs
Partnering with our Solution Architects and Subvertical Leads to transform the Client’s needs into a defined solution and scope that clearly outline benefits, objectives, and goals and provides the Client a roadmap for meeting their goals
Building relationships and trust with Clients, Prospects, Salesforce, and Orion team members
Handles objections with tact and thinks creatively to overcome obstacles
Owning the entire sales process end to end, including creating and managing approach/discussion documents, statements of work, and contracts
Forecast accurately and timely, build a pipeline and progress opportunities while aligning with project teams for staffing needs
Form a strong relationship with the project team leaders that are instrumental to our Client’s success
Be a recognized role model for collaboration across Orion and Salesforce
Experience and Requirements (What we’re looking for):
2+ years experience in services sales and channel partner sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding services sales quotas
Demonstrated success helping clients make sense of what they’re investing in, using a creative and innovative approach
Have a passion for excellence and exceeding expectations
Leading teams through complex solution sales
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Experience working with Salesforce required
Organized and methodical; strong prioritization and negotiation skills
Thrives in high energy and fast-paced environment
Have a sense of urgency with strong organizational and follow-up skills
Salesforce Solution Architect
Position Overview (What you will be doing):
Leads requirements gathering sessions, proactively drawing out requirements from stakeholders.
Define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver a Salesforce solution.
Creates requirements definition documentation, including use cases, and functional specifications to capture business needs and for validation with the customer and shared with project stakeholders.
Creates workflow diagrams to document current and future business environments.
Develops wireframes, to ensure visualization of the UI is crisply understood by the client.
Responds and communicates efficiently between the business, technology, and QA team on projects and to facilitate resolution of user issues as and when necessary.
Lead functional team to determine the best solution to implement (decisions around declarative vs programmatic vs AppExchange, etc).
Lead and hands-on with solution deployments across sandboxes and production orgs.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud. Working knowledge of other Salesforce products.
Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, product roadmaps, and applications available from 3rd parties on the Salesforce AppExchange.
Experience and Requirements (What we’re looking for):
5+ years as a Salesforce Solution Architect with experience in end-to-end implementations including from scratch.
Salesforce integration experience, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools.
Exceeds at advanced Salesforce configuration, process automation, and implementation activities following Salesforce best practices.
Strong practical deployment knowledge of VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, and Salesforce.com s-controls.
Exceptional client handling skills – able to work with all levels within the client portfolio.
Proven experience in overseeing the direction, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Project management skills and exposure to project-based work structures.
Thorough understanding of the various SDLC including AGILE.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent understanding of Apex and Visualforce.
Salesforce Certifications *preferred* and should be open to getting certified.•Consulting experience *required*.
