Planning session strengthens our vision for customer excellence
Last week we held our inaugural planning session with some key Orion team members as well as our advisory board. Personally, it was valuable to be able to reflect on the momentum we’ve made since launching in September, including a quickly growing team with extensive Salesforce experience and certifications, great clients and projects. We now have a team of 17 professionals with a depth of experience across cloud advisory, project management, Salesforce architecture and development, business analysis, custom development, data migration and integration, as well as user-adoption and marketing automation.
I’m also grateful to be able to leverage the knowledge and experience of our advisory board, including Henry Kasindorf (Entrepreneur/Angel Investor), Robert Levin (CEO, RSL Media), Charles Bernard (CEO, Criteria for Success, Inc.), and James King (Assistant Professor at Rutgers University and former VP, Sales and Customer Experience – Panasonic). Together, they bring 80 years’ experience across business, technology and customer service to Orion’s leadership team.
I focus so much on our team, because I believe our people, along with our core values, are fundamental to achieving customer excellence, which is the absolute focus of what we do. We measure our success on the success of our customers and meeting their business objectives. The excellent feedback and top project ratings we have received so far in our Salesforce practice are an added bonus. We’re excited about opportunities the Salesforce platform holds and how we can help harness the platform to improve our clients’ businesses.
The meeting really strengthened our vision for providing customer excellence and invigorated our drive to continue growing our Salesforce and cloud advisory practice to deliver outstanding results for our clients.
